Meatballs in a Rich Tomato Sauce

It was a enjoyable night with lots of tapas like the recipe below

Serves : 2
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Minced beef
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 a jar of passata
Glass of red wine
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Method:
Place the minced beef, onions, garlic and thyme in a large bowl.
Season
Mix all the ingredients together with your hands
Take some of the mixture and form into a ball, about the size of a golf ball.
Pour the olive oil into a frying pan on a medium to low heat.
Add the meatballs and cook for about five minutes.
Turn the meatballs frequently whilst cooking to ensure that they are brown on all sides
Add the passata, wine and rosemary plus some salt and pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes turning occasionally.

Serve!
Eat!
Enjoy!
