Final tapas meal or first tapas meal depending how you are reading the blog. It is a classic tapas dish as well which tastes great.

2 garlic cloves , crused
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato purée
2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Pinch of sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium onion , chopped
2 large potatoes, for example maris piper potatoes
Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6/fan oven 180C.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes
Spread the potatoes over a roasting tin and toss in the oil
Roast for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are crisp and golden
Heat the oil in a pan,
Add the onion and fry for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add the top 6 ingredients and salt
Bring to the boil, stirring.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour sauce over potatoes
