When I first saw this recipe, I was thinking this isn’t gonna taste like sweet and sour chicken but it actually does!!!
Serves : 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
4.5 tbsp tomato ketchup
1.5 tbsp malt vinegar
2 tbsp dark muscovado sugar
1 garlic clove
2 Chicken Breasts
1 small onion , roughly chopped
1 red pepper
Stir fry veg
Rice or egg fried rice
Finely chop the garlic.
Mix the tomato ketchup, sugar, vinegar and garlic in a bowl.
Dice the chicken.
Pour some olive oil into the frying pan and turn the heat on.
When the olive oil is hot, add the chicken and fry the chicken until slightly golden.
Add peppers, onion and any other veg.
Cook until the chicken is cooked.
Add the sauce and cook for a minute or two until its cooked through.
