Cooking Time : 25 minutes
2 fillets of salmon
1 red chilli, de-seeded, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Thumb size of ginger finely chopped
1 tablespoon of honey
Cut a square of foil.
Place the fish on the foil.
Scatter the ginger on top of the fish.
Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce over the top.
Steam for 15 minutes or untill cooked.
Add honey, lime, chilli and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to a pan and bring to the boil.
Let the sauce bubble for a few minutes.
Pour the sauce over the salmon.
