This is a great start for a base and then you can add whatever you want on top

Serves : 2
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes

300g strong bread flour
1 tsp instant yeast (from a sachet or a tub)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
200ml warm water
1/2 jar of passata
handful fresh basil (1 tsp dried)
1 garlic clove , finely chopped
2 mozerella balls
Pizza toppings

Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Pour the flour into a large bowl with the yeast and salt.
Make a well and pour in water and olive oil.
Mix together with a wooden spoon until you have a dough.
Knead the dough for 5 mins until smooth.
Divide the dough into 2.
Roll out the dough into a pizza shape.
Mix the passata, basil and garlic together, then season.
Pour the passata over your pizza.
Tear up the mozerella into pieces.
Add the mozerella on top of the pizza.
Add any toppings to the pizza.
Bake for 8-10 mins until crisp.
Drizzle chilli oil over the pizza.
