This is a delicious summer salad and maybe a perfect part of a picnic.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Cooking chorizo sausage, diced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, quartered
1 shallot, finely chopped
Handful of parsley and basil, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons of sherry vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry the chorizo in a pan for a few minutes.
When the garlic starts to brown add the sherry vinegar and let it bubble.
Mix in the bowl.
