Chicken al ajillo

You have to use your hands for this and have a beer with it!

Serves : 2-3
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 40 minutes

Ingredients:

Chicken drumsticks / Chicken Wings
4 garlic cloves
Good pinch of sea salt
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 fresh red chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp paprika
3 tsp sherry vinegar

Method:
Cook the chicken wings for 30 minutes in a oven at 200 Deg C.
Crush the garlic with the sea salt in a pessel and mortar into a smooth paste.
Fry the garlic paste and chilli in the olive oil until for a few minutes.
Add the sherry vinegar and paprika.
Remove off the heat.
Toss chicken wings in the sauce.

Serve!
Eat!
Enjoy!
