Prawns and Pasta tossed in Garlic and Chilli

Made this tonight. Thought it could possibly be bland. Not the case! Amazing!

Serves : 2
Prep Time: 45 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Pasta (refer to recipe Spaghetti Bolognese)
2 Chillis, finely sliced
6 – 8 garlic cloves, finely sliced
Glass of white wine
Glass of vegetable stock
Prawns
2 tbsp flatleaf parsley
1 tbsp basil leaves
1 lemon, zest only
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:
Heat olive oil in a pot.
Add the garlic and chilli and cook for a few minutes.
Add the prawns.
Cook the prawns for a couple of minutes.
Cook pasta in a seperate pot.
Add the wine and reduce.
Add the vegetable stock and reduce.
Add the pasta.
Add the lemon zest, basil and parsley.
Season.

Serve!
Eat!
Enjoy!
