Serves : 2-3
Prep Time: 45 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Pasta (, Cut into pasta sheets
Bolognese (
50g butter
30g flour
150 ml milk
1/2 a block of cheese

Preheat oven to 200 Deg.
Melt butter in a pot.
Add flour and mix.
Cook for a minute.
Add milk gradually, stir constantly until it thickens to a sauce.
Add cheese and cook until it melts.
Layer the bolognese and pasta sheets
Add the bechamel (white sauce) on top
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes
