I tried this for the first time in a Korean Restaurant where it was a barbecue and you cooked your own food. It was so tasty. Sorry for photograph
Serves : 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 garlic cloves , finely chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
Rump Steak, finely sliced
4 spring onions, finely sliced
Mix the top 5 ingredients together to make a marinade.
Marinade the steak with the marinade.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok.
Fry the beef for a few minutes until it is seared.
Add the spring onion and fry for another minute.
Remove the beef from the heat.
Add the beef to lettuce cups.
