Restaurants and Lemongrass Beef Stew

Near the beginning of October, the National Restaurants Awards were announced and below is the top 100 restaurants in the UK, according to them.

The ones in italic – I have been to
The ones in bold – I’d like to go to.

There should be more green (Ideally all restaurants should be blue or green) but I haven’t heard of half the restaurants (yes I know – shame on me)
