I went to a Iphone “bar” over the weekend to get my Iphone fixed. My phone wasn’t charging correctly. The problem? It had fluff in the Iphone charger haha. The “genius” removed the fluff using a paperclip and now it works. Simple 🙂
Delicous Tagine below 🙂 Been trying for ages to make a awesome tagine and this one is it!
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hr 15 minutes
2 tbsp olive oil
Thumb size ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cubed
Handful of frozen peas
2 tomatoes, quartered
2 tsp ras-el-hanout
Salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a pot.
Add the ginger and onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beef and brown on all sides.
add the ras-el-hanout.
Pour enough water to just cover the meat.
Bring to the boil.
Reduce heat, cover and cook for 40 minutes.
Add the sweet potato.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the peas and tomatoes.
Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.
