On Saturday, my girlfriend and I went London sight seeing.
We started at the thames in Battersea, walked to Chelsea (Kings Road), walked past various embassies, walked to Buckingham palace and finally to China town where we bought fish sauce, sushi rice, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce and chilli sauce. We then went to Covent Garden and went to Waterloo. The trip took 3 hours 🙂

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
2 salmon fillets, skin removed
1 egg white
1 tbsp thyme, leaves only, roughly chopped
Preheat oven to 200Deg C.
Half the salmon fillets vertically and horizontal (4 per salmon).
Dip the salmon in the egg white
Dip the salmon in the panko breadcrumbs.
Put the salmon on a baking tray.
Cook for 15 minutes
