Suburban Legends were doing a UK tour and my girlfriend and I went to watch them in London Islington O2.
The gig was awesome!
If you haven’t heard of them, they are a ska band. They are fantastic! A few great songs by them to recommend

It was a fun night and not too expensive. I enjoy seeing smaller bands. Need to see more of them!
From music to food. Indian success which is rare for me and this curry was tasty!
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
2 large onions, roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves, peeled, grated
Thumbsize ginger, peeled, grated
3 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander ground
5 green cardamon pods
2-3 bay leaves
2 Chicken breasts – diced
Make a cross in each tomato
Add the tomatoes to boiling water for a minute
Remove the skin
Heat 2 -3 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
Cook the onion a medium heat until the onion becomes dark golden brown.
Remove the onions
Blitz the onions with a food processor.
Add the garlic and ginger to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
add the tomatoes and yoghurt and stir well.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the onion paste, spices and bay leaves.
Season to taste.
Add the chicken and 300ml of water.
Bring to the boil and simmer covered for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the lid, turn up the heat and reduce the sauce until desired consistency.
Stir in coriander (optional).
Serve with nan bread / chipatas and pilau rice
