Tasty sandwich with a killer combination of chorizo , pepper and piri piri sauce! Inspired by the ever popular chorizo sandwich found in many a London food market!

- 1/2 a cooking chorizo, diced
- 2 tbsp piri piri sauce
- 2 red peppers from a jar, drained, rinsed, patted dry and torn
- Large handful of rocket
- 2 small french baguettes
- Tbsp of olive oil
-Heat the olive oil on a medium to high heat in a frying pan.
-Fry the chorizo for 5 minutes.
-Add the piri piri sauce to the pan and cook for a minute.
-Layer the chorizo , pepper and rocket in the baguette.
